Paul Buchanan

As our Managing Director, Paul ensures the best service for our clients and builds an interesting and dynamic portfolio of work for our company.

He is project director on many of our larger contracts and manages large teams to deliver advice and support for projects across the UK. This included the Big Lottery Fund’s Ageing Better programme which ran for 6 years up until 2021.

A specialist in business planning and facilitation, Paul has a track record in building strong partnerships, particularly at board-level. He is a geographer with an interest in enterprise and tourism and holds an MBA, MSc and MA(Hons).
